Meissner Effect
Meissner Effect :
- If We Apply External Electric Filed On A Conductor Then Net
Filed Inside The Conductor Become Zero.
- Simillarly,If We External Megnetic Field On Super Conductor
Then Net Magnetic Field Inside Super Conductor Become Zero
That Is Knows As Meissner Effect.
- Then We Aplly External Magnetic Field On Super Cnductor Then
A Current Induced On The Surface Of Super Conductor
- Such It Magnetic Filed Produced By Induced Current Is Equal In
Magnitude But Opposite To Direction Of Applied Field So,Net
Magnetic Field Inside Super Conductor Become Zero.
- This Current Induced On The Surfce Of Super Conductor Is
Flowing Without Resistence,So It Is Known As "Presistent"
Current It's Life Time Is Million Of Years.
- Net Magnetic Field
- So,Magnetic Succeptibility Of Super Conductor Is (-1)
- So, It Behave Like Perfect Di-Magnetism.
